Trish, Just to say that I cancelled my order with Amazon and ordered via the Book Depository, on Tuesday. It has arrived! Just quickly skimmed through it and it looks amazing!! Amazon in the UK say your book will not be released until March but I am trying to find out why.

Hi Trish, thanks for giving us the Bookdepository link and Search Press UK. I have been waiting for Amazon.ca to release it but it keeps saying Feb 2012, so they have lost my business.
I have placed an order with the Book Depository for $5 US less than Amazon price AND getting free shipping as well. Can’t beat that!
