Mini journal projects nine, ten & eleven

Hello everyone

Hope you are all good? At last I am able to share more projects for the mini journal. Here are projects nine, ten and eleven. As a special treat we will have a stitch along in September for project twelve.

Project Nine
Project Ten
Project Eleven

You can click on the image/text to download the PDF pattern for each one. These should keep you busy for a while, have fun and don’t forget to check back in September for the last project in our mini journal. After that we will assemble it.

Till next time wherever you are in the world, keep smiling and happy stitching.

Trish

  1. Thank you for the beautiful designs. Project 10 the basket of flowers is larger than the rest of the designs. Should I reduce the size to fit in the book?

  2. Hello Trish.
Thank you so much for these lovely project.
I have a question about the project number 9.
On the page of the ribbon. I don’t understand if you start each row with 2 strands of thread and then with 1? Or is it 2 strands of thread only a the beginning.

    Thank you
    Anne

    1. Usually you use two strands for the split stitch outline you do before you start the enbroidrery when the pattern states to do the outline first. Then one strand for filling .in and you stitch over the outline to give slight raised look. Hope this helps
