Hello everyone
Hope your week is going well? Firstly a big thank you for your understanding and the lovely supportive messages you sent with regards the temporary closure of the shop. It made me realize how special you all are and I very much appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this issue. The good news is that the export license application has been processed, so it is now a matter of waiting for delivery of the license so that we can once again be open for business. I will of course keep you posted.
This week I am delighted to announce the arrival of the Jug Of Flowers Pattern in the digital store – it will be available as a pattern kit in the Embroidery shop once we re-open and of course there is a compatible iron on transfer available for this design. The Digital Store will remain open as usual for instant pattern downloads, whilst the main embroidery shop is closed.
I have listed this pattern under both Needlepainting and Simple Surface designs as it really applies to both. It is a simple Needlepainting design suitable for All levels and also caters for those who do not have a lot of experience with Needlepainting.
The design is adapted from an illustration by artist Clare Owen. We worked together to create these lovely, freshly picked flowers in a vintage milk jug container. I can see them sitting on a table in the entrance hall of a country house, glowing a warm welcome to any visitor who graced it’s halls. This design would look great on a cushion cover, bag front, hoop art or any room in the house or office. I loved stitching this project, the gorgeous colours will lift your spirits and make you feel happy, which of course is what I always want you to feel whilst stitching my designs!
Have fun with it. Till next time, keep smiling and happy stitching.
Trish
That is good news, Trish. Thanks for the update!
